⏱ Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). For each order, we perform a quality check to ensure the highest standards. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


📦 Shipping Rates

We occasionally hold local stock in the Czech Republic, which means orders shipped domestically may arrive in just 1–2 business days. As we grow, we plan to partner with local fulfillment in Australia too — so our customers there can enjoy faster delivery in the future.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? +
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged? +
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
Do you ship to PO boxes? +
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time. Please provide a full residential or business address.
